Return & Refund Policy
At Laciann Collective, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.
Store Credit Only All approved returns receive store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
Return Window Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Item Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of pet dander, odors, and stains
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not pass inspection and the return will be denied.
RESTOCKING FEE / RETURN SHIPPING FEE
🚚 Return Shipping Rate A $12.95 return shipping rate will be deducted from your store credit for all mail-in returns. This fee does not apply to in-store returns.
Original shipping paid is non-refundableand will also be deducted from your store credit.
If your order qualified for free shipping, only the $12.95 return shipping rate will be deducted — no shipping deduction will apply.
No restocking fee is charged. ✅
All returns must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Items marked Final Sale and other non-returnable items are not eligible for return.
Final Sale — No Returns Accepted The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Sale and discounted items
- Items purchased with a promo or discount code
- Accessories of any kind (jewelry, bags, belts, wallets, scarves, hats, perfume, cologne, handbags etc.)
- swimwear
- All Formal & semi formal wear(including wedding dresses,bridesmaide dresses, prom gowns, and formal attire
- Home décor items
- Final sale items at the time of purchase
- Sale & clearance items
- Intimates & bodysuits
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards
- All sales on the above items are final. No exceptions will be made.
Inspection Process All returns go through a thorough inspection upon arrival. Store credit will be issued only once the item passes inspection. If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, log in to your account at account.lacianncollective.com, navigate to your order, and submit a return request. Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions via email.
Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Fastest Way to Get What You Want:
For quicker service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the desired product. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately to ensure availability and faster delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a credit will be added to your account, or a gift card will be issued for the amount. Please note that we have a CREDIT ONLY policy!
What If I Receive the Wrong Product or a Damaged Product?
If there’s an error with your order, please email us at laciann@lacianncollective.com to inform us about the issue. We will replace or correct your order free of charge. If the product you received differs from what you ordered, we will provide a shipping label to return the incorrect item at no additional cost.
